Some instructions on Motion Detection Videotaping Mode
1.The working principle of Motion Detection Videotaping Mode:
The switch is in “B” position, when there is an object moves within 2 meters in front of the camera, the camera will automatically start working for 2 minutes and the video file will be saved to the built-in memory card automatically, and then the camera will return to the motion detection standby mode. When an object moves within 2 meters in front of the camera again, the camera will activate working again for 2 minutes and save the video file automatically. This mode is very user-friendly and saves a lot of storage space for the user, while avoiding the shooting of some unnecessary still images.
2.Factors affecting the Motion Detection Videotaping function:
1)Strong light/weak light environment: In strong light, the image is prone to overexposure and glare, losing the details of moving objects; in weak light, the imaging is blurry and there are many noise points, making it difficult to clearly capture the contours and movements of objects, which may lead to the failure of the detection function.
2)Complex environment: In complex scenarios such as crowded places and flashing light sources, there are many dynamic changes in the background. The algorithm is likely to misjudge the background interference as moving targets, or it is difficult to identify real moving objects, resulting in false alarms or missed detections.
3)Obstacles: Obstacles such as leaves and curtains block the camera's field of view. When moving objects are blocked, the camera cannot obtain complete information, resulting in the failure of the detection function.
4)Lens wear/dirt: Lens wear affects the refraction and focusing of light, causing distorted and blurry imaging; lens dirt reduces the light transmittance, making the image dim and with poor contrast, both of which will interfere with motion detection.

Three methods to read and watch videos
Method 1: Remove the TF-card you have inserted before, insert it into the card reader(not included) and connect the card reader to your computer;
Method 2: Connect the camera to your computer with the matching USB-C data cable(included) directly;
Method 3: If you don't have a laptop or computer, you can also use the OTG function of your mobile phone to read video files (not recommended way)
It is important to note that:
1) Your mobile phone must support OTG function.
2) You need to understand how to operate the OTG function yourself.
3) You need to purchase the OTG adapter according to your mobile phone brand and model. (OTG adapter is not included in package you received)
4) We cannot provide further assistance if the data is lost due to OTG operational errors. Please use the OTG function to read the data when you are fully aware of the use of OTG. Thank you!
Warm Tips for Use
1.Our mini camera does not require WiFi or Bluetooth or APP, therefore, it cannot connect to mobile phone for real-time video viewing or live view.
2.The portable camera may heat up slightly during use, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect its operation.
3.Our camera does not come with a TF card, please freely choose a TF card according to your actual needs to better meet your personalized storage needs. And please choose a well-known brand of genuine C10 high-speed memory card and avoid purchasing expanded cards. Otherwise, the camera may not recognize the memory card and fail to store videos.
4.This mini camera do not have night vision, please do not shot videos in dark or low light conditions.
5.This mini camera can be used continuously for about 1.5~2 hours or so on a single FULL charge. To ensure continuous use, it is recommended that you connect the power supply before use.
